Time in Space Productions is a videography company that specializes in short-form video production featuring fun motion graphics, captivating edits, and versatile aspect ratios.

My name is Tom and after 10 years of being an in-house video producer, photographer, graphic designer, and lead marketer for a series of small businesses, 2026 marks the year that I am branching out on my own as Time in Space Productions. Over the last several years, my videos have gone viral, grown brand awareness, made announcements, and showcased both events and products.

I grew up in Sacramento, and I credit this city for igniting my passion for video production from a young age. Sacramento is beautiful, photogenic, full of personality, and I believe we have historically set the tone for the golden state’s passion for a golden standard. My goal for Time in Space Productions is to help my fellow Sacramentans and Californians through symbiotic relationships to reach new heights together.

I originally became interested in videography when I was just 12 years old with the launch of YouTube. I made a channel that was paired to my school newspaper, where I talked to camera about the ideas that students wanted to be embraced by the first newspaper in my school’s relatively short history. By the time high school came around, I fell in love with video editing and the ability to bring an extra level of creativity and visual intrigue through clever edits, effects, motion graphics, and animations. If only I knew the importance of maintaining digital archives back then.

Today, I have used my passion to build a career in small business. From selling fabric to custom fabrication, I have worked in a variety of trades and brought each of them online for the world to see. For the last six years I have been focused on the camper van industry, as the head of marketing for VanEquipped USA. Through the B2B marketing partnerships I was able to collaborate in videos made for Travois Vans, Van Geeks, Roadrunner Vans, Mobi-Frame, and Kegger as well. Over these last several years I learned and refined the invaluable skill to reach a niche audience online. It is my hope that Time in Space Productions will allow me to share my passion, skills, and experience with other people who are looking to gain an audience for themselves and make a mark in online spaces.
